Before It Ships

Each plant is carefully inspected, cleaned, and photographed before packaging.  We pot every plant in our signature white pot with drainage and tray unless otherwise stated.  We use protective materials designed to keep roots secure and foliage safe during transit.

We limit shipping days to Monday-Wednesday to reduce time in transit and avoid weekend delays.  Orders may be temporarily held for holidays or extreme weather conditions to protect your planet's health.

During Transit

Shipping plants is a delicate process - minor cosmetic damage can sometimes occur despite our best efforts.  A little leaf yellowing, soil displacement, or minor wear is normal and does not affect your plant’s long-term health.

We include detailed acclimation guidance with each order and encourage customers to document unpacking to help us assist if concerns arise.

Upon Arrival

If your plant arrives with significant damage or concern, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and include a clear unpacking video (beginning prior to cutting open the shipping box) and photos of the damage.  This documentation helps us assess the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or credit.

Because plants are living things, we cannot guarantee their survival once they’ve left our care and have entered a new environment - but we will always do our best to make things right when reasonable.
